Hi, this is Gina Alvis Watts from Bob and Jo Realty.

I am the Managing Broker and Owner of the business.  I have been in the real estate industry for 18+ years.  Since the real estate market is continuously changing, it is important to keep on top of the real estate market as it is evolving from newspaper printed ads to social media and real estate search engines such as Zillow and to reach different Buyers.

The changes each year in technology thoroughly excite me as I try to determine what is best for our area, and close sales in streamline manner. Bob and Jo Realty was the first company to employ drones for photography in Mayes County over three years ago.  We currently have three drones to capture home angles, property boundaries, farm and lake property.  We are experimenting with newer technology that no one else is using in our area. Why is that important? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting the same results is said to be insane. You want a REALTOR with innovating ideas in marketing, production, and being able to take the ever-changing trends and make it work for clients.  That is me.

I typically use 20% of my commission to hire professionals that make my properties look their very best. I sell real estate; I am not a professional photographer. In order to take a good picture, you need different camera lenses, you have to know angles and experiment with lighting. That is why I hire a professional. I sit down with my clients to put together a custom marketing plan.  Each property, each client is different. I do whatever it takes to make a sale happen.  I am also a skilled, tough negotiator. Standing up for my clients and knowing what they will need is part of my job.

I am a multi-million-dollar producer, and I take time to train and grow through education and experience each year. Last year I earned my Certified Residential Specialist designation. It is important to always be flexible and open for growth. It helps keep me sharp. I pass that experience to each customer in each transaction I close. I truly love my job and love the community in which I live.

Community Events: I believe in giving back to my community. I have led and take part in Rotary projects for our youth, the food bank, and community clean up.  I have served on the Rotary Foundation board multiple years. I am the vice chair on the Pryor Zoning and Planning Committee.  I love my church, YPC Pryor, and take part in life groups.  I try to maintain a good balance in my life.  I enjoy family and friend activities.
